We want you to love your Shrine skincare purchase. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right.
For immediate help with any questions, returns, or in the event your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please contact us at support@shrine.care.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in original packaging. Items must be unused and in resellable condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Orders
Any international orders placed are done so at the buyer's risk. Shrine skincare will not take responsibility or accept claims for any issues related to international orders including, but not limited to, customs seizures, shipment delays, lost packages and more.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@shrine.care.
